What options do I have if I want to exchange a product at Jeansverket?
You can easily exchange all or part of your order by contacting us by phone or email to reserve the product or size you’d like to exchange for. When you send back your return and include your order confirmation or your name, we’ll ship the new item to you at no extra cost.
How long is the return period at Jeansverket, and what are the return conditions?
As a customer, you have a 14-day return policy starting from the day you pick up your order, even for discounted items. To return a product, it must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. If there is an error with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
How do I send back a return, and what happens next?

If you live in Norway, Switzerland, or a non-EU country and wish to return an item, you must pay for both shipping and customs clearance. Send your package to the same address as for returns from Sweden, and you’ll receive a confirmation via email once we’ve received and processed your return.

The repair process for Jeansverket jeans is simple and convenient. When you order our repair kit, you’ll receive a digital shipping label that you can take to your nearest PostNord agent or print out yourself. Once we receive your jeans, we’ll repair them and return them to you. The turnaround time for repairs is approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on our workload.
How do I know that my order has been processed by Jeansverket?
You’ll automatically receive an order confirmation once your order has been processed. Any issues with your order will primarily be communicated via email. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.
How does the delivery process work at Jeansverket?
You’ll first receive an order confirmation via email once we’ve received your order. We’ll then send a shipping confirmation via the shipping booking system as soon as your order has been processed and shipped. The shipping confirmation will include a tracking number so you can track your package.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package on time?
If you do not pick up your package within 10 days, it will be returned to us and a refund will be issued automatically; however, we will not cover any shipping costs.

How do I care for my jeans to extend their lifespan?
To extend the lifespan of your jeans, we recommend washing them inside out and with similar colors to reduce wear and tear. Avoid detergents containing bleach to preserve the original color and fabric quality. Try to follow the care label instructions to maintain the fabric’s properties, and avoid excessive heat and chemicals that can negatively affect stretch fabrics. Wash 100% cotton jeans before hemming to prevent them from becoming too short.
Are there any special washing instructions for your jeans?
For our jeans, we recommend avoiding the dryer, as stretch fabrics cannot withstand such high temperatures and risk shrinking and becoming damaged prematurely. What materials are your jeans made of?
We use different materials for different jeans. Our materials include 100% cotton, stretch, selvedge, and 100% recycled fabric.
