2.Stretch the waistband and measure from edge to edge
3.You have now measured half the measurement, double to get your waist measurement


Do the same on your thigh
1. measure about 3cm below the crotch seam, perpendicular to the thigh flat
2. Double the measurement to get your thigh measurement


Measure your foot width in the same way



Measure the leg length

Lay the jeans out and stretch the leg, measure from the inseam along the inner leg seam to the end of the leg

The picture shows the length in inches (black tape measure) and in centimeters, if you measure in cm
divide by 2.54cm and you get inches. 34 inches = 86.4cm
