Measure the jeans on a flat surface, measure the width and double to get all the way around.
Thigh
Start from the inside leg from the crotch 3cm down and across the leg.
Inseam
Measure straight down the inside leg from the crotch to the ankle.
Foot width
Measure the width at the foot and double it to get all the way around.
